Zivko Naumoski, age 79, of Crown Point, passed away peacefully on July 16th, 2026, with his family by his side.
Zivko was born in Selo Mali Vlaj on August 14th, 1946. He immigrated to America in 1971, along with his wife, Makedonka.
Zivko was a dedicated and valued steelworker at Calumet Steel in Chicago Heights for over 30 years where he retired as a foreman. He was a die hard Cubs fan, a love he became to share with his cherished grandchildren. He was also a longtime member of Sts. Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Makedonka; grandson, Christian Loskoski; parents, Petko and Mitra Naumoski; in-laws, Kristafil and Stojanka Trajkovski; brothers, Stavre and Pavle Naumoski; and nephew, Tashko Vraniskoski.
He is survived by his daughters, Marica (Vasil) Laboski, Slavica (Nick) Ilievski, Christina (Riste) Loskoski, and Mitra (Ilija) Majstoroski; grandchildren, Gabriela (Kyle) May, Krste Laboski, Aleksandra (Daniel) Stavreski, Ana Ilievski, Andrea, Olivia, and Emilia Loskoski, Boge, Jana, and Emma Majstoroski; great grandchildren, Malia May and Dario Stavreski; and his large, loving extended family, and many lifelong friends.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at S.S. Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral, 9660 Broadway, Crown Point, IN, at 11 am with visitation starting at 10am until the time of service. Father Georgij Gligorov officiating.
