Zachary Matthew Witulski, of Lowell, IN, Veteran of the United States Marine Corps, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, Oct 22, 2026 at the age of 27.

Born on October 18, 1999 to Todd and MaryBeth Witulski in Crown Point, IN, Zachary grew up with a fierce sense of duty & desire to protect others. He answered the call by serving with honor as a USMC Lance Corporal. He was a loyal friend to his brothers-in-arms.

We take comfort in knowing that, amidst his struggles, Zachary recently reaffirmed his faith in Jesus & was baptized. While we grieve the loss of his presence, we take comfort in the promise of eternal life & know that he is free from the pain that burdened him in silence.

Zachary is survived by his loving parents, Todd & MaryBeth; his cherished sisters, Hannah (Conner) Hirth, and Hayley Witulski (Brandon Vandersluis); his adoring nephew, Cayden; his loving and treasured friend, Caitlyn Towner; his fiercely loyal & loving dog, Koda, and many beloved family members & dear friends.

He will be immensely missed and affectionately remembered by all who were blessed to have known him.

A Celebration of Life in Zachary’s honor will be held at a later date when family & friends can gather together. Your love and presence mean the world to us.
