Vasilka Stefanoski, age 73 of Crown Point, passed away Friday, February 2nd, 2024. She was born April 12, 1950 in Trebenista, Macedonia. She immigrated to the United States in 1970 to be with husband Naum (deceased in 2022). Vasilka was a retired employee of Nortak, with many years of service. She was a lifelong member of SS Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral.

Vasilka is preceded in death by her husband Naum Stefanoski and parents Nikola and Venta Neloski and sister Nada Krcoska. 

She is survived by her two daughters, Persa (Troy) Carpenter and Sandy (Nick) Korunovski and 5 grandchildren Zach, Cole, Liam, Mila and Elle. Sibling Aco Neloski. Also many other relatives in the US, Canada, Australia and Europe.

Vasilka loved her family, especially her precious grandchildren. She also enjoyed gardening, baking and shopping.

Visitation for Vasilka will be held Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 10am SS Peter and Paul Macedonian Orthodox Cathedral, 9660 Broadway, Crown Point with Funeral Service beginning at 11am. Father Georgij Gligorov and Father Aleksandar Mitrov officiating. Interment Calumet Park Cemetery. Vasilka will be greatly missed by all who loved her. Vecnaja Pamjat.
