Tamera Hendricks, age 65, of Hobart passed away on Thursday, February 29, 2024. Tamera was born in Chicago on October 31, 1958, and moved to Hobart with her family when she was a small child.
She is survived by her husband and love of her life of over 50 years, Dave Hendricks; son, Bill (Jill) Hendricks; daughters: Jill (Ben) Cantu and Sunshine (Josh) Moore; grandchildren: Dave, Austin, Tyler, Skye, Emma, Payton, Cameron, Gavin, Riley, and Ella; father, Jerry Fifer; many close brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; and her beloved dog, Marley.
She was preceded in death by her son, Dave Fifer Hendricks; and mother, Barbara Fifer.
Tamera enjoyed taking long drives to the beach with her husband and every year looked forward to watching the fall leaves change color. She loved planning new trips and traveling. Most of all she loved being with her family and celebrating birthdays and holidays.
Tamera will be truly missed and always remembered as a loving wife, mother, and “Gram”.
Friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 4:00 – 7:00 PM at Calumet Park Hobart Portage Chapel (370 N. County Line Road, Hobart, IN).
