Roberta “Roberta M McDaniel, 82 of Merrillville, IN peacefully passed away on February 16th, 2025 She was born on January 9th, 1943, in Gary IN to the late John and Roberta( Shepard) Miller.

Roberta is survived by; sister Judy (Dale ) Spencer , Daughters; Cathy ( Doug ) Jenkins , Cheryl Jones, Grandaughter; Paige ( Chris ) McCormick, Great Grandson Micah McCormick, and many nieces and nephews, as well as, Great Nieces and Nephews.  Roberta is proceeded in death by Husband   Sam McDaniel, Daughter Debra Burns, Sister Isabel Orlando, Brother John Miller.

She worked as a dietary Supervisor for many years and then became a Dietitian She was a longtime member of Family Christian Center in Munster IN and She sang in the Choir for over 20 years. She loved Studying the word of God , helping others, and Serving at the Church. Her hobby’s were cooking and playing Bingo. She was an avid Cubs, and Chicago Bears Fan. Her family was very important to her. She will be greatly missed
