Nancy L Fink, age 75, peacefully passed away on January 8, 2025. Nancy is survived by her nephews, Lorne (Leslie) Edmond and Randy Edmond; nieces, Kristi (Richard) Badders and Missy Goodman; many great nieces and nephews; life long dear friends, Mary Ellen Kozanda, Laurie Mefford, Helen Jean Bossinger and Judy Hicks. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Jim; parents, Lawrence and Elizabeth Deiotte; siblings, Jeanne Goodman and Butch Deiotte.
Nancy was a lifelong resident of Marktown, East Chicago. She was a proud member of the American Legion Post 369. She loved to birdwatch and was very talented at crochet.
Visitation will be Wednesday, January 15, 2025, from 3-7PM at Rendina Funeral Hom, 5100 Cleveland Street, Gary, IN.
Interment at Calumet Park Cemetery.
Line up for procession to the cemetery will be at Rendina funeral home Thursday, January 16, 2025 at 10AM.

Nancy and I have been friends for 70 yrs.We have always kept in touch and I called her my grim reaper because she always let me know who passed away from Marktown. I am going to miss her very very much. I wish I could be there. Love ya all. Terri Z.

I’m so sorry to hear about Nancy. We graduated together in 1967 at EC Roosevelt. She is one of a few people that I have been in touch with through the years. Always glad to chat with her at the CalumetPark Butterfly drops. RIP in God’s Holy arms my fellow Rough Rider.
