Michael F. Fagen, 98, recently of Fishers, IN, passed away on Wednesday, February 14, 2024.
Michael was born in Gary, IN, to Michael G. and Cora Fagen Hollis. He graduated from Lew Wallace High School and was a proud Army Veteran who fought in the Korean War. He met and married the love of his life, JoAnne (nee Davis) and they were married for 42 years before she passed away. He called Portage, IN, his home for 60 years before moving to Fishers to be close to family.
He is survived by his loving children: Michael (Roz), Scott (Shawn), Sue (Sue), Karen (Jim), and Barb (late Larry); 12 cherished grandchildren; 7 treasured great grandchildren; special nieces, Beth and Pam; and a number of extended family and friends.
Michael’s family would like to extend a very heartfelt ‘thank you’ to the entire staff at Allisonville Meadows Assisted Living and to Anew Hospice for their loving care. Per his wishes, there are no services planned at this time, as a private family gathering will take place at a later date.
