Marilu Randolph
February 28, 1957-January 18, 2024
Marilu Randolph, 66, passed away January 18, 2024 at her home in Hobart, IN surrounded by her husband and family.
Marilu was born to Carlos and Norma Flores on February 28, 1957 in East Chicago, Indiana. Her parents, Carlos and Norma Flores preceded her in death as well as her sister-in-law, Cecy Flores.
She was baptized as a Jehovah’s Witness on February 14, 1970 and was a faithful servant of Jehovah for 53 years. During these years she served as a regular pioneer, assisted with Kingdom Hall construction projects, and always lended a helping hand to her fellow brothers and sisters.
Marilu married Ken Randolph on March 1, 1980. They were married for 43 years. No children came from this union, but Marilu was always surrounded by the children in the congregation which she affectionately adopted as her sons and daughters.
She loved her puppies, gardening, and thrift shopping. Her outing to some stores were cleverly called “Field Trips.” Family meant everything to her. She loved spending time with every one of them.
Marilu will be greatly missed by her siblings, Norma Flores, Jose Flores, Jenny Rodriguez, Evelyn (Jose) Rodriguez, Eric (Kimberly) Flores, Miriam (Alan) McCoy; cherished nieces and nephews, Nandy, David, Joel, Juan Jose, Cristina, Priscilla, Audriana, Remington; great-nieces and nephews, Carson, Crystal, Bella, Nani, Shayna, Alisiana, Mia and a host of relatives.
Marilu will be cremated.
