Hester Keelen, age 87, peacefully passed away on January 21, 2024, surrounded by her loving and devoted family. She is survived by her loving children: Kenneth (Debbie) Keelen and Terry (Julie) Keelen; treasured grandchildren: Kenny, Justin, Trenton (Andrea), Tyler (Alyssa), Caleb (Sarah) Keelen, Stephanie (Matt) McCall, and Lynn Calhoun; cherished great grandchildren: Brielle, Scarlett, Walker, Adalina, Ezekiel, Isaac, James, Ruth, DJ, and Lyla; and many nieces, nephews & dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, her beloved husband of 59 years, Floye, and her dear daughter, Kathy.
Hester loved the Lord and her family more than anything. She would light up a room with her smile and her laughter. Nothing made her happier than to be with her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was loving, kind, and full of life. To know her was to love her. She will be truly missed by all whose lives she touched.
Visitation will be Thursday, January 25, 2024, from 3 -7 PM. Funeral services Friday, January 26 at 11:00 AM with additional visitation beginning at 10:00 AM with dear family friends Evangelist Billy Sampson and Dr. David Sampson officiating.
