David Michael Blouir passed away on February, 25th 2023. A life long region resident, he will be remembered for his duty to his country as a US Air Force sergeant, his bravery as a fireman with US Steel, and for his loving nature as a friend. He is survived by his beloved wife, Paulette Blouir. There will be a memorial service at 10:00 AM Tuesday, June 13, 2023 with memorial visitation from 9:00 until time of service at Calumet Park Hobart/Portage Chapel.  Burial with military honors immediately to follow at Calumet Park Cemetery, Merrillville.
