Brad Michael Jennings, 54, of Griffith, IN, passed away surrounded by his loving family and best friends on Tuesday, February 10th, 2026. 

Brad is survived by his wife, Teresa (Lawson); his youngest son, Parker “Parky”; his father, Larry Jennings; his father and mother-in-law, Verbon and Katie Lawson; brothers Brian (Luann) Jennings and Brett (Stephanie) Jennings; sister-in-law Linda (Glenn) Staszak; brothers-in-law John (Trish) Lawson, Ken (Rosie) Lawson, and Boe (Wendy) Lawson; his uncle Donnie Smith; cousin Timmy (Pam) Smith; his best friends Aaron (Dawn) Mercer and Craig Justak; bonus daughter Natalie Halley and bonus grandchildren Lucian and Saint, Grandpa Braddy loves you so much; and numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

He was preceded in death by his oldest son, Tyler “Ty”; his mother, Diane Jennings; and his aunt, Shirley Smith.

Born and raised in Whiting, IN, Brad was an alumni of Vincennes University and Indiana State University. Brad was a proud baseball state champ, Chicago Bears fanatic, and Patrick Ewing’s number one fan. He was a man who cared deeply about his passion for sports, fishing, good laughs, good Mexican food, and making the best of any situation. When he was around, it was hard to find anyone not having a good time. He loved his wife, his children, his family, and his friends. You will forever be in our hearts, Brad.

Services for Brad will begin on Monday, February 16, 2026, at Calumet Park Funeral Chapel, 7535 Taft Street, Merrillville, IN 46410, with visitation from 3 PM to 8 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2026, at the funeral chapel beginning at 10 AM, with Kim Adams officiating. An hour of visitation will be held on Tuesday, beginning at 9 AM until service time. Burial and graveside services will follow at Memory Lane Memorial Park.
