Dorothy M. Baxter (nee Sellers), 97, recently of Winfield, went to be with the Lord on August 24, 2026. She is preceded in death by her husband, Aaron “Earl” Baxter; stepson, Tom Baxter; and stepdaughter, Joyce Miracle.
She leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Tina Hepp; stepson, Larry Baxter; her treasured grandchildren: Beverly Seibal, Sherry Finnerty, Greg Miracle, Misty Everage, Cyndi Dalton, Laurie Woelk, Jeff Baxter, Michael Baxter, Michelle Baxter, and Matt Baxter; plus many cherished great grandchildren.
Dorothy was a proud member and Past high Priestess of the Ladies Oriental Shrine, Awalim Court, and Daughters of the Nile. She greatly enjoyed spending time with all of her relatives and especially loved playing “10,000” with her family. She enjoyed spending her winters in sunny Florida and sitting by the pool.
Friends and family are invited to visit from 3 – 7 PM on Thursday, August 27, 2026 with funeral services held at 12:00 noon on Friday, August 28, 2026.
